Thank you to everyone who came to see this very special production. It has been an honour to play Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, such an iconic figure who holds such importance in history. I’m so pleased that our interpretation of this glorious play by highlighted the gravity of Dr. King’s work which still holds such relevance in modern UK and world affairs.
What a journey we have been on! From a rehearsed read for Black History Month last year in Leicester, to it becoming a fully funded production this year that completed its short tour at Stratford East on Saturday night.
