Sunday night in the farm Christophe making the delicious Omelette Mere Poulard - an ingenious but very simple recipe! The story goes that she wanted to feed as many people as possible with few ingredients in her small restaurant near Mont St Michelle in Normandy. It calls for just 2 eggs per person and butter - whipping the eggs until they are very moussey and 3 times greater in volume then cooking them with lots of butter😜 🇫🇷
