Parenting 👩‍👧 is not easy. I personally went through sleep deprivation and the feeling that I can do it all by myself - because I am a Super Mother, right?

Well, I soon 🤔 discovered that being the best mum I can be, I need to care of myself first. I need some rhythm that will respect my needs but also the developmental needs of my daughter. And when you accept this, only then you can have quality time together.

I am doing a course about embracing motherhood. I would really 💖 love you to join me.
