Was LaBrick meant to be..?
Here is the full story ( the short version in the slides ;) )

I literally started my journey with the Wim Hof Method from nothing.
One-bedroom student flat. Training in the backyard. Sometimes even workshops and participants in the backyard.
No excuse.
Then, by meeting people, I started to move out.
To the country side with a friend.
Doing workshops on the living room

Then i had to move, again

I use to move a lot, really a lot…
(Back then, I moved more than 20 times. I never really had a home.)

Until I arrived in this house. In the Alpes.

That’s where I met LaBrick.

She was lying there, like a brick.🧱

The landlord , who was a participant of my workshops told me she belonged to the house and I could call her whatever I wanted.
I asked: “Can I call her LaBrick?”
And the rest is history.

We became friends.
We moved together.
From this beautiful house ( but with too many neighbors who didn’t like the humming and drumming 🤣) to the Center.

Fun fact: when we move , people were telling me that Brickette will try to her former house .
So in the first days I put 10 euros on the table , opened the door and told her where was the bus stop ( true story)

She stayed with me.

Now, when I think about it, Wim always told me: “You need a foundation.”
He always has his «  Brown shadow » Zina following him for years ( you can see her on the picture of the rocks, RIP Zina forever a queen🤍)

So now, after all , I realize this house, LaBrick, all of this… was the first foundation of the Center.

With Wim and his son Enahm , this dream of a Center in France became real.
Building foundation brick by brick

I found a home and my only wish is to stay here

And keeping growing..

And it all started with a brick.

From Sweden to India and Merry Xmas 🎄

If you know me and read my posts (merci) you know they aren’t linear.
Just like my life.🙀

One week in Sweden.
Another in India.
Now to my countryside at the
Celebrating Noël with Peace, rest and cuddle with Labrick 🐈 waiting for my friend, my heart Family for new adventures..

3 days ago in India at a party in the middle of Jalsaimer désert ,a wise man read my face and hands (and my soul).
The first thing he told me was:
“You’re not someone who follows anybody.”
Ahah funny as I’m know as one of the first Wim’s fan ( ice)boy
That stayed with me.( also brought instant émotions)

Because from the outside, it can look like I follow Wim Hof.
And in a way, that’s true.

But i never followed any one , growing up my favorite person was Dennis Rodman ( marginal basketball player) song was « born to be wild “ and movie “ into the wild “ ( or Indiana Jones🤠”

I wouldn’t be here if this method didn’t respect my nature.

I don’t follow straight lines.( funny after the Indian read my hands and say I will live 81years , few years before my master plan was 40 no more )
I don’t like fake. ( second things the soul reader told me )
I don’t stay where things feel off.

The take away from these two adventures was Humbling

Sweden was humbling.
I went into deep cold in my training but I don’t live in Antarctica .
So I listened to locals who truly know these frozen environments,who live it every day. Thanks

India was humbling
I went to the source.
To the roots of yoga and pranayama.

And there, I was the one explaining the Wim Hof Method
not in a dogmatic way,
but by sharing the scientific understanding of practices that come from them.

The message landed.
Because respect and love opens doors.
Thanks

And this this is the reason why I will always stay with the Wim Hof Method , not like a follower , maybe more a messenger ( or an Instagramer🤷🏽‍♂️🙀)

The WHM is an universal language and a community

It’s what allows me to be feel home in Sweden, in India, or anywhere in between ( like in Aspres-sur Buech😆)

Sweden here i come! what a beautiful never ending story👇🏽
Today I flight to Sweden, never been there, haven’t been so exited for a travel since a long time , even more so upNorth.
My Nickname , gave by Wim in Thaïland few years agon
is « Iceboy » only because I have an Icecube machine ( Brenda🫶🏼) I prefer the south, the sun.
But hey I also like sometimes climbing moutains ( not to long ) and Frozen lake…
Ok joke aside what I wanted to share is about this never ending story of the Wim Hof Method.
Last here when Wim and his team announced the Last «  Poland expedition » I was in tears , not only because I have been there so many Times that it feels like home, but because I thought it was a end… Wim is 66, maybe his son is tired after all these years and battles (all wins)
Not at ALL , it is a new beginning
We going Sweden , new thing , Wim and family on fire ( Innerfire) sold out 250 people 🙀
And already a new one plan in April ✊🏽
Then Wim is going on US and Canada tour
I can’t Even keep up and I’m 30 years younger
Dubai in March
Cause yeah might not have Icebube machine ( actually ..) but he also love the warmth
Cause the Wim Hof Method movement knows no borders, no imaginary lines or climate limitations.
And most of all it doesnt know ending
Only a beginning ✊🏽

2 years anniversary of the Wim Hof Method Center France!

I could have choose a picture of this beautiful magical house nested in the middle of Nature , built in 1842 on her own source of water ( that is why we have these majestic trees in the middle of the meadow)

But I chose to put people first, cause what raise the more the energy of this Center is beings : our team , instructors , participants, Wim, Enahm , Labrick .. All a big family
When we have events even the plants on the breathing room get greener ( oui oui )
I put on this post if you slide some of my. best moments, but there is so many .. my life here is a highlight, dreams surpassed by reality..
From Wim’s first visit , to his son playing hangdrum to Christmas with my friend instructor Dom horstancing in the snow ( low on thighs 😆🖼️) even a scientific study …
Coincidentally 2 days ago we release on our new YouTube Channel , where Stacha and narrate the history of the Center ( will be out sooon in English) with a lot of emotion
Cause it is more than a house story, it’s place carrying an human story

This place is growing at the same pace than our community and it’s seem than my heart too is.
Cause we receive so much love that it need space

I never really had personal wishes ( good one )
Now if I had one will be to see a picture of myself still here in 20years

This histoire was meant to be and it is only it’s beginning

39 years old with a smile, today that’s what i want to share with you (my 1st birthday smile if you swipe left 🐣)
But before, thank you all for your birthday wishes, if you know me you know i don’t really like birthday, still your messages touched my heart and made me smile🫶🏼💎
A smile, so simple and Maybe so overlooked, what if that smile kept me alive, litteraly.
The Wim Hof Method and it’s creators did save my life at 32 years old.
But how did i survive the years of self destructions before,
How did i rise withing the Method, how did i achieved things I thought impossible?
We say «  your mindset create reality, your set of belief « 
But only lately I start to believe in my capacity , energy and manifestation.
Before I believed in nothing, yet I smile, yet I survive
Even in darkness, always cracking joke ( as Wim says «  half funny , half not)
Since teenager i got a fake front tooth that is not so align ( thanks boxing ) and the rest are not at their best ( thanks drug)
Talking about teeth, as a testimonial of my new will to live long and going for longévity, last year i went on the dentist , she repaired all of my teeth, and ask me «  did you take drug? » I start to laugh but couldn’t lie with my smile,
The anesthetic didn’t work on me because of all the years of drug use. The dentist had to give me a triple dose before it finally took effect, and that’s how she realized I was a drug user.
It was nice to be recognize
Cause if their is one downside on smiling, is that only few people can realize that your feeling down or worst if you smile.
It is also a learning of the Wim Hof Method, not hiding émotion,and it is not because somebody laugh that he feels good
And not because you cry that you are feeling bad!

Yet i will keep smiling
Cause approaching life and it’s challenge with a smile and positivity is probably the way ( Nice teeth or not)

I wanted to finish with the reflection of before meeting Wim I was affraid to age, and wasn’t planning too ( and not doing biohacking or botox, more radical technic)
Now I smile at grey hair and wrinkle
Merci la vie merci à vous

Forever a student…⬇️
This past months I have been part of many, many retreats, with Wim or at the Center.. or both🤩
Finally I have some time off ( or without Hof🤔)
And I can reflect on it and digest cause it has been a lot( also watermelon 🍉)
That is also why I didn’t post since February, I try to always give it all,even for a post.

On this first picture i am listening to a very inspiring speech of Wim in Spain with the instructors💎.

Always learning , always improving , refining, retuning .

Same with Drum , he never tought me any technic,
just to put my heart on it , to go with the flow, even if at time we have bloody hands ,

Blood sweat and tears , whatever it takes but people can feel it, like thunder like a herd of animal Hungry for Love , for more sense.
We give it all, always ✊🏽
But from all the learning from Wim one of the most valuable was «  lead by example »
And as instructors we tell people to breathe, we guide breathing ( we don’t really teach cause it is already there , a birth given feat)
But we also need to breathe ourselve, to keep practicing, to keep discovering , learning.
Breathing is like music , it can be simple like 4 chords but really effective
«  don’t over complicate guys » «  power of simplicity «

I still like Oasis and it is always the same chords, but effective
Must be the energy behind it🌟
«  I need to be myself, I can be noone else..🎶 » thanks Liam but this is not the point here.
