A few days ago, as I heard about "fake news" on TV, on the radio, in the newspapers, from my friends, I thought to myself that, for all that, Donald Trump had talent. Of course, he has not coined the term, but he has popularized it, and has overused it, so much so that we now constantly hear it more or less wisely. Here is an analysis that I find particularly insightful about how this man manages to turn things around and exert an insidious influence, in this case in the Kavanaugh/Ford case and the movement. Trump's rhetoric is far from brilliant, however his technique proves to be effective. Demonstration in this monologue.

I wanted to post something about A.I and the new issues we will have to face in a not so far future.
And so it begins, step number one: a robot has been granted citizenship...by Saudi Arabia.
I heard about Sophia a few years ago, there she is, back, "improved".... My search for an article turned out to be interesting in more than a way, as this event has been discussed under many different lights. Newspapers have differently focused on many aspects of it, be it on investing terms, ethics or human rights. True, this is bound to trigger a massive controversy. What do you think about it?

Sometimes you'll hear things that will have a tremendous impact on you. This speech reminds me of what a very wise woman told me long ago: "First, do what you're told, then, do what you can, and then you'll be able to do everything you want". I don't know who she was quoting, but I've always born it somewhere in the back of my head, all along up to this day. This speech is a little bit the same: inspiring, inspirational and so goddam true. It's about self discipline, efforts and determination. Little things matter, indeed. What do you think?

People are more and more interconnected yet feel all the more lonely. Companion robots are supposed to be the answer to that issue...with s*xual gratification as the icing on the cake. There's definitely something tragic about it in my opinion. How hard is it to have "real" social interactions ?
