TOM MYERS ANATOMY TRAINS IS COMING TO YORKSHIRE!

We are excited to be welcoming Michael Watson back to Sheffield to run Tom Myers Structure and Function course 3-5 December 2021. This is the first workshop to combine Anatomy Trains theory alongside structural and functional anatomy and analysis, blending together the concepts of tensegrity with elastic recoil for movement efficiency.

In addition he will also be returning from 6-8 May 2022 to run the Bodyreading workshop- this is a must for all body workers whether hands-on therapists or movement therapists.

Do you teach Pilates in and around the Sheffield area?
If so we have 2 classes available to teach - Tuesdays 6.00-7.00pm and 7.00-8.00pm.
All our classes are small and the clients are generally therapy/clinical based rather than fitness. Great rates of pay.
