Fabulous week with these guys!!
They cooked Italian, Thai, Spanish, Indian and French cuisine. They partied hard, worked harder and had lots of outdoor adventures! And we all went to a concert one night Los Hermanos Pouye which was amazing !

Sold out for all Courses in August now but couple of places on 4th October and on 24th November

Bit behind on my posts...group from 26th July here.
Most were doing the course as part of their DOE.
Some will also use it to find a chalet job next year so it's two-fold!

What a crazy week!! Taken a while to post as running another course this week!
It was like they all knew each other...great vibe and such enthusiasm which makes for a fun week for everyone!

Students get time to enjoy the beautiful back garden which just happens to be the Vanoise National Park
You can go hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, white water rafting, via ferrata or simply find a cold pool to plunge into!

High temperatures this week so I swapped the usual wintry chalet menu for lighter dishes making the most of all the delicious fresh fruit and veg in season. As usual, the students created some fabulous extras to compliment the dishes!
