Additions include updated texts by Dionysius of Halicarnassus and new works by Isaac Argyrus, John Cantacuzenus, Nicephorus Chumnus, Leontius Scholasticus, John Mauropus, Nicetas Thessalonicensis, Nilus Ancyranus, Oecumenius Triccaeus, and Manuel Palaeologus. The Metaphrase of Nicetas Choniates' History (Chronike Diegesis) has also been added.
