Management and staff Conference 👇👇👇
The staff exercises two roles during the conference
Firstly, they act collectively as a management and government body. In so doing, they take on the responsibility of maintaining and managing the boundaries of the conference, so that its members can engage in the various sessions to confront and respond to the primary task.
Secondly, the staff members intervene as consultants in the working sessions. In this role, they put forward their own perception of the lived experience, as they occur in the work. This is aimed at encouraging members to follow suit, and to venture putting their TransformaCtion® knowledge into practice.
