Air Fryer Pork chops

Ingredients
1 ½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
4 bone-in pork chops, center cut
cooking spray
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
Directions
Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season evenly with the salt mixture.
Preheat a large hot air fryer to 200°C for 8 minutes. Lightly coat the fry basket with cooking spray. Add 2 pork chops to the basket and cook until browned and a thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 150°F, 12 to 14 minutes. Remove pork chops from the fryer and transfer to a platter; Let stand for 5 minutes. Cover the pork chops with foil to keep them warm. Repeat the procedure with the remaining 2 pork chops.
Combine butter, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl. Spread butter mixture over pork chops; serve immediately

AIR FRYER GARLIC CHEESE “BREAD”

INGREDIENTS
2 cups sour flour (sour)
1 cup (tea) sweet flour
1 ½ cups coarsely grated semi-cured cheese
3 eggs
1 ½ cups (tea) of water
¼ cup (tea) oil
1 teaspoon of salt
oil to taste to grease your hands
PREPARATION MODE
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the nuggets and salt – be careful when measuring the nuggets: as this is a light ingredient, fill the cup until it forms a mound, then level it with a knife, or fill the cup and tap it to the powder to settle and fill in what is missing.
Once the water boils, turn off the heat and add the oil. Drizzle the dusting mixture with the hot water and oil and stir well with a wooden spoon, until all the liquid is incorporated. Let cool. If it is hot, it will cook the eggs and melt the grated cheese, which will then be added, which will mess up the preparation.
Now yes: add the grated cheese and mix well.
In a small bowl, crack one egg at a time and add it to the batter – if one is spoiled, you don’t miss the whole recipe. With each addition, stir vigorously with a wooden spoon to incorporate each egg well. The dough will not be smooth, that’s how it is! The texture is a bit more rustic, with nuggets, and a bit sticky too. The important thing is that all the ingredients are well mixed, without the egg being separated from the dough.

If during the process the dough begins to stick to your hands, wash and grease again with oil.

On the AirFryer, select the cheese bread function (190°C for 15 minutes). When it preheats, open the drawer and transfer seven cheese buns to the basket, leaving space between them, so the air circulates and they brown evenly.
Close the drawer and after 15 minutes take out perfectly cooked cheese rolls! Warning: they cook at 190°C and it is not necessary to turn them over halfway through cooking. Try serving it with jam, butter, and dulce de leche.

Air Fryer Sticky Honey Soy Garlic Wings Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2.25 Pounds Wings (18 Flats and Drumettes)
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Chopped Green Onions and Sesame Seeds for garnish
SAUCE

1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ Cup Honey
2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Rice Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Water
METHOD
1)
In a large bowl, combine 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder, ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper & 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch. Toss the wings to coat evenly. Brush the basket with a little bit of oil so the wings don’t stick and place the wings into the air fry basket/tray.

**Make sure you are using Baking Powder and NOT Baking Soda – baking soda will make the wings inedible.

Choose Air Fry at 400°F for 30 Minutes (this timing may differ depending on your air fryer), flip half way through. In a bowl, combine ¼ Cup Honey, 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce, ½ Teaspoon Rice Vinegar, 2 Tablespoons Water and stir well to combine. Use a large non stick skillet, on medium-high heat melt 1 Tablespoons Butter, sauté the minced garlic for about 2 minutes then add the sauce mixture. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken up, it should look like syrup. Toss the wings in the soy honey garlic sauce, if you want them extra sticky turn the heat on high and let the syrup simmer for about 1 minute. Plate the wings, spoon on any extra sauce left in the pan and garnish with chopped scallions. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Broiled Salmon Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

2 6oz Salmon Fillets, about 1 inch thick
Kosher Salt
Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil

METHOD:

Coat the Salmon Fillets with oil, then lay them on a tray covered with foil. Generously sprinkle on some Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Place on the top rack of the air fryer oven, and choose Broil at 450°F for 8 Minutes (no need to flip).

🍓🍇🍓How to make Strawberry pavlova in an air fryer🍓🍇🍓

The challenge of preparing Air Fryer Strawberry Pavlova lies in the temperature: it must be cooked at 100°C, a temperature difficult to reach in a homemade oven, which ends up overheating. The AirFryer is practically a miniature version of a professional oven: it has precise temperature control and perfect heat distribution. Result: perfect pavlovas, without errors

INGREDIENTS Air Fryer Strawberry Pavlova
1 egg white
¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup (tea) sugar
½ teaspoon cornstarch
⅔ cup (tea) plain yogurt (170 g)
butter to grease the paper

PREPARATION MODE

Cut an 18cm disc of parchment paper and grease it with butter — this will be used to cook the pavlova in the AirFryer. Reserve.
Start the preparation with the yogurt: line a colander with a fine, clean cotton cloth and place it over a bowl (if you prefer, use 2 disposable coffee filters cut in half). Place the yogurt in the lined sieve to strain in the fridge for 1.5 hours – the yogurt will slowly release the whey and get a firmer consistency. If you prefer, prepare the yogurt the day before, remove it from the sieve and reserve it in the refrigerator in a closed jar.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff: start at medium speed, and as soon as the whites turn into a thicker white foam, after about 2 minutes, add the vinegar and beat until stiff. they are firm. Gradually add the sugar, spoon by spoon, beating after each addition for about 30 seconds – this ensures that the sugar is completely incorporated, forming a very smooth meringue. If necessary, stop beating and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
After adding all the sugar, beat for another 2 minutes until it forms a very firm, smooth, glossy meringue — to check for points, scoop out some of the meringue with a spoon and feel with your fingertips. there are no more grains of sugar. Add the cornstarch and beat just to incorporate.
Using a large rice spoon, place the meringue in the center of the paper disk, forming a mound. With the tip of a tablespoon, shape the pavlova, making a hollow in the center, like a bowl, to put the stuffing in after the pavlova is cooked — don’t worry about shaping it perfectly, the more rustic it is, the more beautiful the pavlova is left after roasting; it should measure approximately 12 cm in diameter and 3 cm in height.
Program the AirFryer to cook at 100°C for 30 minutes.
Open the AirFryer drawer. Carefully, holding the edge of the paper, place the pavlova in the center of the basket and close the drawer. The pavlova takes 35 minutes to cook and does not need to be flipped halfway through cooking. After the first 30 minutes, add another 5 minutes to the time and check the tip of the pavlova: it should have a dry surface and an opaque color, but not brown.
Turn off the AirFryer and keep the pavlova closed inside the basket to finish drying for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the macerated fruits.
Remove the pavlova from the basket and peel off the parchment paper from the bottom, being careful not to break it. Transfer to a plate and set aside until ready to serve (if you prefer, cook the pavlova the night before).

Air Fryer Taco Ring

INGREDIENTS


½ pound lean ground beef
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can crescent rolls
INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium skillet, cook ground beef on medium to high heat until meat is completely browned.
Remove from heat and drain excess grease out of the skillet. Add water and taco seasoning, stirring to coat meat. Add any additional taco ring mix-ins, such as jalapeños or onions.
Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper.
Open the can of crescent rolls, separate each roll and then lay out rolls on the parchment paper, so they are slightly overlapping at larger ends of the triangles to form a round sun shape.
Evenly spoon the ground beef around the center of the crescent roll circle. Then top beef with cheese, along with optional fillings such as onions or jalapenos.
Next lift the tops of each crescent roll over the beef mixture, and tuck under the circle, so it is sealed, and mixture will not come out.
Air fry at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes until dough has completed the cooking process and is golden brown.
Carefully lift the taco ring out of the basket and serve individual taco crescents while hot.

Air Fryer Potato Slices 🍩
Topped with bacon, Cheddar cheese, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream on top 🍒 they SLIDE right into your mouth in one easy delicious crispy bite.😋
INGREDIENTS
1 Large Russet Potato, cut into approx 1/4 inch thick slices
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2-3 bacon slices, cooked and cut into small pieces (or bacon crumbles)
2 Tablespoons green onions for topping. Chopped.. Can sub with chives.
1/4 cup sour cream. For topping.
INSTRUCTIONS
Scrub and rinse the potato. Leave the skin on (optional)
Thinly slice the potato to approx. 1/4 inch thick.
Rinse the potato slices under running water. This helps to rid of the starch.
Place the potato slices in a large bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper to season
Preheat the air fryer to 380F/190CArrange the potato slices in a single layer.
Air fry mode at 380F/190C for 5 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
Flip each potato slice on the other side and cook for 2 minutes
Sprinkle the cheese evenly among the potato slices and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and caramelized.
Top each potato slice with bacon, green onions or chives, and a dollop of sour cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Air fryer potato sliders. Or potato slices. Whatever you want to call them, they are DELISH!
Slice the potato in 1/4 thick slices. Air fry mode (Air crisp) 380F/190C 5 min per side. 🍒.YUMMO

Air Fryer Melting Potatoes 😋😋
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch slices
1 ¼ cups vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) and place the oven rack in the upper-middle position. Grease a high-rimmed metallic baking sheet with butter.
Combine melted butter, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add potatoes and toss until fully coated. Place potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven until slightly golden, about 15 minutes.
Flip potatoes over and roast for another 15 minutes. Flip potatoes and add vegetable broth and garlic; roast until tender, about 15 minutes.
