CFA curriculum changes for repeating candidates: main changes are below:
1. LOS have been updates in many readings

LEVEL 1 update:
Corporate Finance: Reading "Dividend share repurchase basis" dropped

LEVEL 2 update:
Economics : New reading: "currency exchange rates : understanding equilibrium"

LEVEL 3 major update:
Portfolio management for institutionals:
1 dropped reading: "linking pension liabilities to assets"

Asset allocation study sessions:
Reading "asset allocation" dropped
3 new readings:
"Introduction to asset allocation"
"Principles of asset allocation"
"Asset allocation with real world constraints"

Fixed income study sessions:
"Fixed income PM part I", "Fixed income PM part II" et "Relative value methodologies for global credit bond PM" dropped
4 new readings:
"Introduction to Fixed income portfolio management"
"Liability driven and index-based strategies"
"Yield curve strategies"
"Credit strategies"

So if you take the L1 or L2 exam in 2018, there is no need to buy 2018 books, but if you take the L3 exam in 2018, you should definitely consider investing in the new curriculum (either Schweser or CFA curriculum).

Code of ethics.
L'analyste utilisait des informations privilégiées (en plus de violer le standard "priority of transactions"). Il n'a pas été considéré qu'il avait violé le standard "Material non-public information" dans la mesure où les cours des titres traités n'étaient pas significativement influencés par les recommandations faites par le courtier (employeur).
La justice n'a donc pas retenu la capacité potentielle d'influence que les recommandations de ce courtier majeur auraient avoir. Qu'en pensez vous?

Le gendarme boursier a abandonné le grief de l’utilisation d’informations privilégiées par un analyste qui utilisait des notes avant leur publication.
