A few thoughts on the class I led for a therapist and her few clients
We did 2 simple exercises which I usually teach in Introduction to Meisner Technique and..
I was reminded how great simplicity is and how much we can learn about ourselves and others when we drop into the state of deep listening with our all senses.
They were quite shocked how much these simple exercises revealed.
What a journey ❤️
