Dear PSIA-ers!

The new PSIA Student Council is looking forward to having an amazing year with all of you. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. These positions are the following :
- 2 people for Communication, who will be in charge of curating the Council’s social media accounts and website as well as promoting the Council’s events within the PSIA community
- 4 people for PSIAtmosphere, who will be in charge of organizing social events (night and day time) for all PSIA students to mingle and enjoy all that Paris has to offer
- 4 people for Networkeen, who will be in charge of throwing networking events, conferences, and meeting to help PSIA students realize their professional aspirations and optimize the PSIA alumni network
- 4 people for Int’Lab, who will be in charge of organizing conferences, debates and discussions on various academic topics of interest for PSIA students as well as coordinating with the Paris Globalist magazine.

A. Administration:
Need to act as a bridge between the administration and the students
→ Act as messenger for grievances for classes, post them on social media sites
→ Promote scholarships and bursaries (providing information)
→ Talk with administration to try to ease administrative registration processes

B. Clubs and Societies:
Allow clubs and societies to become more functional
→ Better communication from both sides to allow students to know what clubs exist
→ Better orientation during welcome week
→ Attempt at securing more funding (?)

C. Academia:
→ Organization of academic talks, conferences, etc.
→ Collaborate with other academic institutions in Paris (la Sorbonne, Paris School of Economics)
→ Promotion of Sciences Po talks

D. Social Events:
→ Organize an inclusive and memorable PSIA Grand Gala
→ Organize inclusive events for PSIA students throughout the year

E. Misc.:
→ Periodic communiqué (newsletter) sent to all PSIA students
→ Promote and uphold bilingualism and multilingualism within Sciences Po institutions
→ Coordinate with PSIatmosphere, Networkeen, and Int’Lab to delegate authorities and efficiencies within our organization

En tant que Conseil étudiante de la PSIA, nous nous engageons à rendre votre expérience à la PSIA le plus agréable possible! Nous nous engageons donc à vous représenter dans les différents champs :

A. Administration:
Le student Council servira comme moyen de communication entre les étudiants et l’administration
→ Nous serons l’Intermédiaire pour faire part de plaintes ou mécontentement des étudiants vis à vis de leurs cours, ces dernières seront posté sur les réseaux sociaux
→ Promouvoir des bourses d’études en apportant des informations aux intéressés
→ Parler avec l'administration pour rendre les processus administratifs plus simple
B. Associations
Nous nous engageons à rendre tous les clubs et sociétés plus dynamiques
→Mais aussi à rendre les ces associations plus visibles
→ À donner une meilleur orientation pendant la semaine d’intégration
→Et dans la mesure du possible améliorer les financements

C. Vie Académique
→ Organiser des conférences et débats, etc…
→Approfondir la collaboration avec d’autres institutions académiques à Paris
→Promotion des conférence Sciences Po

D. Soirées et Événements
→Organiser un Gala de la PSIA qui soit mémorable
→Organiser des événements et soirées tout au long de l’année

E. Autres
→ Envoyer un communiqué à tous les étudiants de la PSIA
→ Promouvoir le bilingualisme et le multiculturalisme dans les institutions de Sciences Po
→ Coordonner avec PSIatmosphère, Networkeen et Int’Lab pour déléguer les travaux dans notre organisation
