Just came up with a new measure called the joint measure...
First let C(s):=amount of w**d in sub-cylinder s of the joint
Then the measure is defined for a subset of the joint E as:
j(E):=inf{sum(C(J_k)): (J_k) is a sequence of open cylinders with E included in U(J_k)}
