📚✨ A wonderful evening of connection at our Primary campus.

Yesterday, we welcomed Primary parents to our annual Meet the Teachers Evening—an opportunity to meet our teaching teams, step into the classrooms, and gain an insight into the learning experiences that will shape the year ahead.

From homeroom presentations to conversations with our specialist teachers, the evening was all about building the strong home-school partnership that helps every student flourish.

Thank you to all the families who joined us. We look forward to another year of learning, collaboration and shared success. 💙

☀️ A beautiful day for la rentrée at ISP!

Today marked the first day of the 2026–27 school year, as students returned to our three campuses. 🎒📚

Across the school, there was that unmistakable first-day energy: friends reuniting, new students finding their way, teachers welcoming their classes and a new year of learning getting underway.

And the connections weren’t only happening in the classroom! ☕🥐 Around 90 new and returning families came together for the PTA’s First Day of School Parent Coffee Morning, sharing coffee and croissants, catching up after the summer and making new connections within our community.

Sunshine, happy reunions and new connections — the perfect way to start a new school year. 💛

Welcome back, ISP! ✨

🎒🌍 184 new students. Three campuses. One ISP community. 💙

This academic year, we’re delighted to welcome 184 new students to ISP across our three campuses!

This week, we had the pleasure of meeting many of our new students and families during our orientation sessions — an important moment to begin building connections and feeling part of the ISP community.

Our new families explored their campuses, met our school leadership and pedagogical teams, homeroom teachers and student ambassadors, and connected with fellow families starting their ISP journey.

We loved seeing so many new faces and connections already taking shape. Welcome to ISP — we’re so happy to have you with us! 💙✨

👋 New colleagues, new perspectives, a new school year ahead.

Last week, we welcomed 14 new colleagues representing 13 different nationalities to ISP for a week-long induction programme.

They bring much more than a range of passports. They bring different cultures, passions, perspectives, professional journeys and life experiences, all of which enrich our international community.

At ISP, we believe we learn more when we encounter the world through the eyes of others. Creating space to share our perspectives, question our assumptions and connect across our differences is at the heart of what it means to . 🌍

And that learning begins with the adults.

As our new colleagues took part in induction and first-aid training, our department leaders, grade-level leaders and coordinators began the year alongside Natasha Hale, our Director of Learning and Innovation, exploring a deceptively simple question: What actually makes teaching good?

Before our students arrive, our teams are already learning, questioning, reflecting and preparing for the year ahead.

We couldn’t think of a better way to begin a new school year 💙

From our Head of School -

Summer greetings from Ikaria on the Aegean Sea.

There is something about a Greek island that slows time down. The pebbles, the sea, a ripe peach, and very little else on the agenda. Even the ISP towel came along for the reminder that learning does not stop when school does.

Ikaria is one of the world’s “blue zones,” where people famously live long and well. The secret, they say, is not complicated: connection, rest, and a refusal to rush. A gentle lesson for those of us who spend the year moving quickly.

Travel has always been one of the truest forms of education. We learn from others, about others, and, if we let ourselves slow down enough, about ourselves. Every island, real or inner, has something to teach us.

I hope this summer gives each of you the chance to disconnect, to explore your own islands alongside the people you love, and to return to the International School of Paris after the summer break a little more curious than you left.

Καλό καλοκαίρι.

Inspired by Antoine’s summer reflections from Ikaria, we’d love to see where your adventures have taken you.

📍Tag us in your holiday photos and share your location. Let’s celebrate our global ISP family, one destination at a time. 🌍☀️

Before the summer break, our Grade 7 students enjoyed a Poetry & Mindfulness Workshop in the courtyard of our Cortambert campus. 🌿📖

Surrounded by fresh air and inspired by the moment, students explored poetry, reflected through mindfulness, and designed their own personalised bookmarks—combining creativity with thoughtful self-expression.

It was a wonderful opportunity to slow down, be present, and nurture both imagination and wellbeing before the holidays. 💙

As summer continues, we’d love to hear from you! ☀️

What does a mindful summer look like for you? Whether it’s reading a good book, spending time in nature, trying something creative, or simply taking a moment to pause, share your favourite mindful summer habit or memory in the comments below. 👇

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💙❤️💚💛 On Your Marks… Sports Day 2026!

What a fantastic celebration of teamwork, determination, and school spirit!

Recently, our Grade 6–10 students proudly represented their Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow teams in a full day of track races, field events, Ultimate Frisbee, Tug of War, relay races, and more. From the opening parade to the final relay, students gave their all, showing resilience, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day.

While every point counted, the greatest achievement was the way our students supported one another, celebrated each other’s successes, and embodied the true spirit of community.

Congratulations to everyone who took part, and a huge thank you to our staff and volunteers for making Sports Day 2026 such a memorable event! 🏅👏🎉

As we reach the final day of classes, we’re reflecting on one of the year’s most memorable community moments: Growing Together—a special day that brought the ISP community together to celebrate the connections that make our school so unique. 🌱

More than 400 students, families, staff, leadership, trustees, and alumni came together to celebrate our shared journey and the vibrant community that makes ISP feel like home.

As part of the day, everyone received a piece of seeded paper—a symbol of growth, connection, and the future we continue to build together.

🌱 Have you planted yours yet?

We’d love to see it! Share your planting moment, tag , and use so we can follow your seed paper’s journey and celebrate how our community continues to grow.

📸 Swipe through to relive some of our favourite moments from Growing Together.

Once part of ISP, always part of ISP. 💙

🎭✨ What a show!

Last week, our Middle School students wowed audiences with an incredible theatrical production, showcasing their talent, creativity, confidence, and commitment both on and off the stage.

This year’s unique promenade theatre experience invited audiences to journey through different spaces around the school, transforming familiar locations into magical performance settings. From life on land in the courtyard to underwater adventures in the Drama Room, and even a lively stop in the canteen, every scene brought something special to discover.

🌟 A huge congratulations to our student performers and production team, who worked tirelessly on every aspect of the show—from acting, singing, and dancing to costumes and stage design. Their teamwork, enthusiasm, and dedication shone through in every performance.

👏 Special thanks to Keely, our Drama and Theatre Teacher, for her vision, guidance, and leadership throughout the production. We would also like to thank all the staff members who supported the production behind the scenes.

And thank you to our families for your continued encouragement and support. Together, you help make experiences like this possible.
