I got back from Dubai last month after 4 days of back-to-back facilitations. As I boarded the plane to return, I prepped my mind for the days ahead and decided the outcome.

This is one of your most powerful tools. Whether you’re prepping for a meeting, a speech, or dinner with your mother-in-law, you can choose peace in advance.

Decide to feel confident and certain. Strategize your thoughts, rehearse your responses, and curate the experience by pre-determining your emotional state. This is genuine self-care.

Set the tone for your day each morning. What emotion do you choose? For me, during those facilitations in Dubai, I chose FUN and FLOW.
