This Sunday, we’re thrilled to welcome Comité Caribe to Los Andes for a special edition. Known for their vibrant take on Colombian Caribbean cuisine, they’ll be cooking an organic corn waffle drizzled with panela honey and brown butter, topped with fresh cheese.

You can go classic with grilled bacon, or keep it vegetarian and just as delicious without. A comforting, flavorful plate con alma caribe.

Laura Hoyos is a Colombian-born, London-based artist-designer working across multiple disciplines. She founded Hito Estudio where she explores the art of gathering around a dinner table and translates the act of eating into a multisensory and artistic experience.

This Friday, Laura will present her object-based exhibition, and on Saturday, she’ll be cooking alongside Los Andes in a unique culinary collaboration.

Together, we’ll taste coffees from the Cauca region and share a space of conversation where aroma, memory, and resistance intertwine.

Over the past few months, we’ve been dreaming of a little corner of Colombia at one of Europe’s most important coffee events. A space where we can share what truly moves us: Colombian coffee and human connections.

Thanks to countless hours of brainstorming (and the incredible support of ), that dream is finally taking shape — full of soul and flavor.

Come this April 12–13 and visit our stand at Le Carreau du Temple and live a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the beauty and depth of Colombian coffee culture.

Ces quatre derniers mois, on a bossé en secret sur ce projet, avec une idée très claire en tête : répandre encore plus notre amour pour le bon café et tout ce qui représente notre pays 🇨🇴. On voulait aussi créer un espace pour vous accueillir encore plus nombreux et partager avec vous la magie de nos saveurs.

On vous attend pour un All You Can Tinto & Pandes: ce samedi, on mange des pandes et on boit du bon café... en illimité ! 🔥
