Lack of belief = lack of action.
If you don’t believe you can…
🔹 You won’t give yourself permission to try
🔹You’ll stay stuck in old patterns
🔹You get discouraged at the slightest setback
If you DO believe you can…
🔹You will plan to START
🔹 You’ll take mishaps in stride
🔹 You’ll push through adversity
It’s great having talent, don’t get me wrong! But, if you don’t believe in your own abilities, no one will ever see it!

New year, Highest Self?
New Years are full of pressure in the personal development space.
Expectations run high. Schedules fill up. There’s a lot of “new me” talk floating around.
It can easily spell overwhelm for highly sensitive people like us. We’re already overstimulated during the rest of the year. Add pressure to transform into an over-performing, fully iterated version of ourselves? Yikes. 😬
Why not break it down into achievable mini goals? You’ll feel a sense of achievement AND get yourself on track.
Here are a few of mine:
🔹Post twice a week on social media (even if it’s not perfect!)
🔹Fit exercise and meditation into my mornings (even if it’s just twenty minutes!)
🔹 Set aside oneday a week to work on the things that light me up!
What’s one of your mini goals this year? Let me know in the comments! 💫

Yes, YOU are the hero of your own story. 🦸♀️
If not for yourself, for someone else. Someone who is currently going through what you overcame.
⭐️ POWER OF A STORY
🔹Inspires
🔹Illuminates
🔹Empowers
Who might you inspire today? ✨

Are you hiding on the sidelines? 🥸
If you’re not regularly stepping out of your comfort zone to pursue your goals, the answer is probably “yes.” 🙈
I get it. The fear of judgement is real. The fear of change is real. But, so is the stagnancy.
📌 Remember that if nothing changes, nothing changes.
In order to propel yourself forward, you’ve got to find comfort in discomfort. It’s not easy. But, you know what helps?
Speaking up and out. 🗣Developing a sense of self confidence. Practicing putting yourself out there regularly.
Leave a 🚀 if you’re ready to step away from the sidelines and into@the game! 🙌

Stop saying you’ll do it “when you feel inspired.”
Did you know you can cultivate inspiration? ✨
1. Stay consistent, even when you don’t feel like it. 💪
If you’re serious about being inspired for your next project, you’ve got to put in the work. Inspiration isn’t all magic and butterflies. It’s sticking to the grind long enough to get the junk out, get experience, and learn how to let it flow.
2. Mix it up. Surprise yourself. 🤹🏻♀️
But don’t let hard work get you into a rut. Change it up - where you work, when you take breaks. Keep it serious but fresh!
3. Flip the script on the dreaded blank page. 📝
Instead of seeing the blank page as something intimidating that you’ll never manage to fill, see it as a world of possibilities. Start by jotting down ideas, with no pressure to produce a final product right away. You’ll be amazed at how fast it goes!
4. Allow yourself to be surprised. Expect the unexpected. 🌟
This is where the real genius shines through—in allowing ourselves to be led by our inner guidance, forgoing self-judgement, and surrendering to something bigger.

Imagine what we could contribute if we allowed ourselves to see self-expression as freedom and not as fear! 🙌

Don’t believe everything you think! 🤯
Many of us have negative thoughts before hitting that record button. That’s because we’re on automatic, and these thoughts are what we’re used to.
What if we took the opportunity to say “My thoughts are not my identity” and invested in a new set of thoughts?
Not sure where to start? How about some positive affirmations?

Are you surprised? 😲 A lot less than you thought, right?
1. A device with a camera. My guess is you’ve got a smart phone in your hand or a computer on your desk right now! 😉
2. If you’re using a smart phone, an object to hold it up is always best. You might have as stand (you can get them for as little as $2 at IKEA). Even a pile of books is fine. As long as the phone is steady, you’re good to go!
3. A source of light is a bonus…and a must if you’re recording at night or from a dark room. Just make sure it’s not behind you so you don’t look washed out and your audience isn’t blinded by reflections or other distractions.
4. I’d say 95% of you have all three of the above. So, what are you waiting for?
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve got the latest and greatest camera or if you’re rockin’ it from your sister-in-law’s smart phone: we want to see YOU.
If you’ve got all of the above, drop a ⭐️ in the comments!

Do you prefer seeing someone who’s over-rehearsed and impersonal? (Think used car salesman 😉)
Or do you prefer someone real and vulnerable who takes ownership of their imperfections and speaks from the heart? ❤️
