✨SELLING PREMIUM TRAINING✨

This live training event took place in Madrid on 19th January, with 12 BA’s; 7 from Spain and 5 from Portugal.

It was a super enriching experience where the teams showed at all times their commitment to Sephora and this elite destination.
The first part of the training was the special guest from Maison Louis Vuitton, Jérôme Briand where the team had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the universe of luxury. ✨✨

Today was the last day of training for our Sephora UK team as part of their products onboarding process!
The whole day was dedicated to the brand training from our love brand Sephora Collection. 🤩🤩
They had the opportunity to learn and discover more about the brand and its products.✨✨

✨SEPHORA UK ONBOARDING & SEPHORA PRO TEAM✨

Today was the second day of our Sephora UK ONBOARDING. We welcomed them on Monday for a whole week as part of their ONBOARDING process. In the morning, they started with Sephora Attitude workshop with our Sephora University Training Project Manager . They had the opportunity to learn with lots of activities. ✨
Then we had our Sephora EME HRD as our Surprise guest. Thank you Emmanuelle for spending time with our UK team. Then they had another workshop: Sephora Attitude Omnichannel followed by another surprise guest: Sephora UK GM 🤩🤩

We also welcomed our Sephora Pro team today at Sephora University. The morning started with some introduction to the week and our Sephora PRO team sharing their best practices 2022! ✨✨

Then they had virtual retail coaching with Rebecca Hefter where they also recieved their Retail Coaching Certification.🎉🎉
Followed by that was another workshop for New Make-Up Services.

The day ended with team dinner with the whole team!!
