Et pourquoi pas adoucir vos soirées confinées... avec
quelques macarons sucrés (citron, caramel beurre salé, cassis/violette, Orange safran, ganache chocolat, pain d'épices)
ou salés (figues/chèvre, foie gras/pain d'épices, Châtaigne/lard fumé).
Pour les coques, j'utilise uniquement des colorants naturels à base de fruits ou légumes.
Commandez avant le mardi midi et ces douceurs seront mis à votre disposition dès le jeudi à notre atelier de cuisine à Maubec.

Cooking classes this week with people coming from Florida, California, UK, Canada, Michigan, Berlin,... so nice to teach to all of them, who are very interested to know more about French Cuisine ! It is always an honour to meet the world in our kitchen !!
