The first month and a bit here in Marsellie 🇫🇷

All in all, it’s been a good time. Getting the chance to play professionally once again is always a pleasure. Whenever you make such a big change however it comes with stress, uncertainty, concerns but as long as you stick it out. You will always come out the other side better.

Once things settle down, the change becomes the new chapter in your journey and you might as well ride the wave till the end.

This first phase has been filled with challenges, not playing to the level I know I can, to missing friends and family back home, adjusting to a new culture and lifestyle but through all things I’ve had time to focus on other aspects of life. Getting my award started, being able to focus on the online side of my PT and nutrition business (continuing to work with amazing people everyday), creating new bonds and friendships with a new club

Plus missing the freezing weather in Scotland is always a bouns too

What a week this was. Class break after what was an absolute mental month. Was great to spend the week switched off and get some proper rest in. Always great to catch up with the boys as well.

Now back into the full swing of things, getting prepared for the new opportunity in France.

Celtic Cup and Home Nations 2025🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It’s always a pleasure to get onto the court and put on that Scotland top. Getting on the court and leader the team to another Celtic cup for back to back champions. We however couldn’t make it two for two, finishing with a sliver in the home nations cup.

Also winning the overall tournaments MVP. Again a pleasure. Couldn’t have done that without the team behind me.

We move onto the next season….

P.S, that’s a clean block…..

LLC Online Coaching and Personal Training

Following on from both my posts regarding nutrition coaching and supplements.

It’s only right I make a post regarding the main portion of what I currently offer at Leitch’s Legacy Coaching.

⚡️Online Coaching and Personal Training ⚡️

Online coaching allows you to have a personalised training program as well as individualised nutrition plans (by someone that’s actually qualified to be a nutritionist and not just the PT that’s done an online course). Weekly Check ins and accountability touch point throughout the week. The beauty of online coaching is you don’t have to be local to me and visa versa. This allows you to be able work with me no matter where you are.

And

For those of you local, online is still an option but face to face sessions are available. Everything online coaching entails you get plus my in person patter and unbelievably chat.

If you are an athlete looking to level up your game, a professional struggling to find the time to get moving or someone that’s actually qualified wants some help to try and achieve their goals.

Graduation 👨‍🎓

Done and Dusted. Abertay University, what a blast it was. 4 years completed.

Finishing with an 2:1 BSc (Hons) Fitness, Nutrition and Health.

Now moving into the future. Big and bright things to come. 🤝🏼

With the conclusion of my nutrition degree making me a pending registered nutritionist. I thought it’s about time I shared another options for people looking for coaching.

With LLC Nutrition Coaching, you will get personalised nutrition. Recipe books, access to my coaching app along with much more.

The nutrition coaching is available in 6 week blocks, allowing you to fully understand what you need to do and providing 1-2-1 accountability.

This type of coaching is to show you what nutrition actually looks like, how important and vital it is in impacting everyday life.

This is a great starting point for someone who feels like there training is going well but needs some help with the stuff outside of the gym. Perfect for athletes that do not feel like they are fully fuelling there performance. Or anyone else for that matter.

📣📣📣Happy to finally announce the launch of the supplements part of my brand and business📣📣📣

For the time being my plan is to offer supplements to everyone. Supplements should be accessible to everyone, without them costing you an arm and a leg to buy. Like what you see in supermarket where a gr***de bar is £2.85. 🤯

Maybe one day in the future I will look at building my own products but for now I will be selling brands I know and trust through my own personal use.
