This is a personalised 1:1 coaching program designed to help you finally feel confident speaking French in real life.

Over 8 weeks, we work together on your real everyday situations: speaking in shops, making phone calls, social interactions, expressing your thoughts, and building real conversations without overthinking every sentence.

You’ll get:
• 2 private 1:1 sessions per week
• personalised audio missions based on your exact needs
• feedback and corrections so you can improve fast
• WhatsApp support between sessions so you’re never stuck alone
• listening and immersion guidance adapted to your level and lifestyle

It’s not a traditional French course.
It’s a space where you practice speaking the French you actually need in your daily life in France.

You don’t need more vocabulary.

You need more opportunities to be brave.

So many international Women living in France tell me:

“I understand a lot, but when I have to speak, I freeze.”

They think the solution is another course, another workbook, another vocabulary list.

But often, the real obstacle isn’t French.

It’s fear.

Fear of making mistakes.
Fear of sounding silly.
Fear of being judged.

The French word courage comes from coeur: heart 💛

I love this idea because courage isn’t about having no fear.

It’s about listening to your heart more than your fear.

It’s starting the conversation.
Speaking even when you’re not 100% sure.

Because confidence doesn’t come first.

Confidence comes after courage.
