The Law Faculty of the Catholic University of Lille has signed a bilateral agreement with the Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia providing the exchange of 3 students each year within mobility programs.

The Council of Europe Justice and Human Rights Training Division in charge of the Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) Programme is pleased to invite you to the HELP in Universities online event (in English), which will be held on 5 December 2023 (13.00-17.30 CET).
The event will focus on outlining the various methods of integrating human rights (HELP) courses in the university education and presenting the courses that are most relevant for students, along with some practical examples from professors already using HELP courses in their teaching.
Interested participants can register for the event by 3 December, directly through the link found in the concept note attached.
We could be grateful if you could also share the invitation with your contacts from the academic world (university professors – not only of human rights law but also in charge of classical subjects, as well as representatives of faculties – law, political studies, journalism, European/international studies etc.) already using HELP courses, or not yet, but interested in the opportunities offered by the HELP Programme of the Council of Europe.
You are also invited to enroll in the new page dedicated to HELP in Universities, where information about past events, the current one and also future developments related to the work with Universities will be added. For accessing the page, if you already have a HELP account, please click on the page link Course: HELP in Universities (coe.int) and use the page enrollment key HELPUNI . The 3rd International Summer School - Human Rights in Theory and Practice will take place online and in Leipzig from 25 to 29 September 2023.
The theme of this year's Summer School is "The Dynamic Evolution of Fundamental and Human Rights in Europe". During our three-day programme, we will explore topics such as religious freedom, climate litigation, migration and the digital space, and learn from high-level experts from theory and practice about the current challenges facing European fundamental and human rights protection. Participation in the Summer School also includes participation in this year's Rule of Law Conference, organised by the Saxon State Ministry of Justice and for Democracy, Europe and Equality, which will take place in Leipzig on 28-29 September following the Summer School.

Summer School in Banking Union - July 2023 - Salzburg
The Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies (SCEUS) is organizing, in collaboration with the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), an intensive course on the Law of the Banking Union between 3 and 7 July 2023.
This course is taught by experts from academia and practice, and it is aimed at young scholars and young professionals working in the banking sector. It is free of charge but participants must bear their own expenses.

La participation au premier tour des élections s’élève à 18,43 % à midi, en légère baisse par rapport à 2017 (19,24 %). Les résultats sont déjà connus à la Martinique, à la Guadeloupe ou en Guyane, où le vote a eu lieu samedi.
