À l’occasion de sa conférence de presse de rentrée, l’IÉSEG a dévoilé « IÉSEG Tomorrow », un plan visant à couvrir l’ensemble du continuum « Lycée – Enseignement supérieur – Formation tout au long de la vie » et à devenir une véritable « École pour la Vie ».
Comme le souligne Christophe Catoir, Président du Conseil d’Administration de l’IÉSEG : « Notre société n’a jamais eu autant besoin de formation qu’aujourd’hui. Pour les entreprises, c’est un levier essentiel pour accompagner les transformations et préparer les compétences dont elles auront besoin demain. »
Pour Maria Castillo, Directrice des Projets Stratégiques de Développement : « Une Grande École ne peut plus uniquement investir sur les formations initiales. Elle doit aussi se demander ce qu’elle fait pour ses diplômés cinq ans, dix ans, vingt ans après leur diplomation. »
Dès l’été 2027, l’École déploiera « IÉSEG4LIFE », une marketplace de contenus flexibles et personnalisés, du micro-learning aux certificats, autour de l’IA, la RSE, le leadership et l’entrepreneuriat.
Comme l’explique Caroline Roussel, Directrice Générale de l’IÉSEG : « IÉSEG Tomorrow est un plan d’ambition. […] Notre objectif est que, d’ici 3 ans, l’École soit également l’une des institutions les plus innovantes dans la façon d’accompagner les individus et les entreprises tout au long de leur vie professionnelle. »

At this morning’s press conference, IÉSEG unveiled “IÉSEG Tomorrow”, a new plan aimed at expanding its educational model beyond its existing degree programs to cover the entire “High School - Higher Education - Lifelong Learning” continuum and become a true “School for Life.”

From summer 2027, “IÉSEG4LIFE” will offer flexible, personalized content, from micro-learning to certificates, covering AI, CSR, leadership and entrepreneurship.
