Roman Rozier, a 3rd-year student in the Grande École Program at IÉSEG, is also a pianist at the Paris Regional Conservatory and a music composer.
He thrives in musical composition, a practice that beautifully complements his business school education. Thanks to the student-artist status offered by , he benefits from the flexibility needed to balance both of his worlds and is already preparing for his professional future: founding his own production company or pursuing a career in music marketing.
Recently, he also chose to share his passion by donating a piano to the -La Défense campus, a meaningful gesture that brings the community together and adds vibrant energy to the School every day.

Chloé Besson, a final-year Master’s student at , is the founder of LetsTalkAboutSex, an impact startup dedicated to sexual health education.
To address a lack of access to information, she has developed a hybrid solution combining workshops in higher education institutions with a secure online platform featuring a confidential chatbot built on reliable medical and legal databases.
Supported by the IÉSEG Incubator and a recent winner of the ICOR Prize, she places innovation at the heart of social progress, inclusion, and equality.

and B Lab France are renewing their partnership after three successful years, reaffirming their shared ambition to place sustainability at the heart of business models.
Since 2023, this partnership has enabled 135 students to be trained in B Corp certification through the B Academy and has facilitated more than 400 internships within committed companies. It also fosters cutting-edge academic research thanks to privileged access to the network of certified businesses.

The School recently became the lead investor in the French start-up Compleducation, aiming to deploy « Complement », a personalized learning solution based on AI avatars, across its programs.

As part of the Bachelor in International Business (BIB) at , third-year students recently took part in the very first « BIB Bootcamp », a dedicated event marking the conclusion of their programme. Featuring AI masterclasses, serious games, and networking sessions with alumni, the day was designed as a strategic springboard into the professional world.
For this inaugural edition, 99 students from both campuses gathered for what proved to be a significant milestone, focused on cohesion, knowledge sharing, and preparing for the next steps in their careers.
As Roseline Andan highlights, Career Development Manager for International Programs at IÉSEG, « We want students to become aware of the tools at their disposal to successfully enter the job market, while focusing on the importance of soft skills which make all the difference to recruiters today. »
