HEADS Supervisors Professor Svein Kleiven & Roy Burek at the IBMTL Winter School

Managing Director of Charles Owen Roy Burek and Svein Kleiven of the KTH Royal Institute of Technology are currently at the Ecole de Physique des Houches in the French Alps! They're taking part in a conference organized by the International Brain Mechanics Lab. The workshop, New Challenges in the Physics of the Brain: From Cells to Organs, has connected experts across various fields to discuss the physics of the brain, with topics ranging from neurodevelopment to traumatic brain injury.

Dr. Aisling Ni Annaidh, Antonia Trotta and Lilibeth Angelica Zambrano Martinez attended Bioengineering in Ireland 22, an Annual Conference of the Section of Bioengineering of the Royal Academy of Medicine in Ireland. National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) hosted the conference from the 22nd-23rd January 2016 in Salthill Hotel, Galway.
