Le magasin est en train d’être repeint, nous déplaçons quelques éléments et restaurons certains des aménagements d’origine.
Les formalités administratives en Allemagne retardent l’ouverture du magasin et le début des activités depuis plus de neuf mois maintenant.
Au moins, cela m’a donné le temps de mettre de l’ordre dans le bâtiment.

The shop is getting new paint, we are moving a few things around and restoring some of the original shop fittings.
Paperwork in Germany is holding the progress of opening the store and start trading up for over nine months now.
At least that gave me some time to get things here in the building sorted.

Le dernier repas de cette année, un mélange de délices salés et sucrés provenant de Saint-Calais.
Nous avons rendu visite à nos trois boulangers/pâtissiers habituels et à nos supermarchés locaux.

Un grand merci à tous les magasins et commerces qui offrent leurs services à la communauté.

Nous souhaitons à tous une année 2026 heureuse, prospère et en bonne santé.

Bonne Saint-Sylvestre.

P.S. : Je promets de continuer à améliorer mon français.

The last meal for this year, a mix of savoury and sweet delights sourced locally in Saint-Calais.
We visited our three regular Boulangers / Pâtissiers and our local Supermarkets.
A big thank you to all the shops and businesses providing their services to the community.
We want to wish everyone a happy, healthy and prosperous 2026.

Die letzte Mahlzeit dieses Jahres, eine Mischung aus herzhaften und süßen Köstlichkeiten aus lokaler Produktion in Saint-Calais.
Wir haben unsere drei Stammbäcker/-konditoren und unsere lokalen Supermärkte besucht.
Ein großes Dankeschön an alle Geschäfte und Unternehmen, die ihre Dienste für die Gemeinde bereitstellen.
Wir wünschen allen ein glückliches, gesundes und erfolgreiches Jahr 2026.

Les lumières du marché du week-end ont été installées, tout comme les décorations. Demain, quelques ajustements et nous serons prêts à accueillir les passants qui pourront admirer les nombreuses vitrines décorées de Saint-Calais.

The lights for the weekend market have been installed, as have the decorations. Tomorrow, a few adjustments and we will be ready to welcome passers-by who will be able to admire the many decorated shop windows in Saint-Calais.

Die Beleuchtung für den Wochenendmarkt wurde installiert, ebenso wie die Dekorationen. Morgen werden noch ein paar letzte Anpassungen vorgenommen, dann sind wir bereit, die Passanten zu empfangen, die die vielen geschmückten Schaufenster in Saint-Calais bewundern können.
