Today was the first day at Colloque National France Renouvelable. And I had the great pleasure to meet two of our former graduates who are now specialists in the field of renewables...

Luciano Weber is now a senior project manager with Nordex. He arrived directly in the master degree from Brasil where he had a nice experience in hydraulic dams. He succeeded well and graduated in 2017 after an internship with Nordex already! It was a super great pleasure to meet Luciano today...

Danko Mandić was a student from the second class of the master degree back in 2013 (if I remember well!). He is now a specialist in wind, solar and BESS!

I am very proud that this master REC Eng trained these two talented students and also many others who are now working in make renewable energy progress in France and worldwide...

Here is a picture of those who defended their internship yesterday...
A nice bunch of people who did a very nice job in the renewable energy industry. Some of them are already employed, some others are still looking for a job. If you see a talented profile you wish to recruit, do not hesitate to contact them!!!

Yesterday, there was also the Breaking ice event with the newcomers, and today is the rest of the internship oral presentation. Pictures are coming!

Portrait #3: Damien

Damien did the master degree quite a long time ago. He started with an internship for designing and installing a large solar sail for the Citée Musicale located at Boulogne Billancourt (near Paris) and working for TCE SOLAR / BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION.

And, after:
1 year in solar energy,
1.5 years in wind energy,
1.5 years in an architecture firm,
2 years in a cost estimating firm,
I went freelance 3 years ago. (Time flies!)

I don't do design work, only site supervision, project management, and construction management, either jointly or as a subcontractor with architects.
