Despite the heat that compares to a typical day in the South, we had a science class last night! 🌒✨

We watched the solar eclipse reach 96% coverage here in France and it was such an incredible sight and an unforgettable experience… Even more special: Getting to share it with Mamie and Papy. ❤️

Definitely a science lesson to remember!

To wrap up all of our hard work, we celebrated with special graduation ceremonies at home and alongside the fantastic homeschool groups we participate in.🎓🥳

And of course, we celebrated it all with plenty of fun activities and the most popular: Ice cream! 🍦❤️🎊

What a spring it’s been for our 1st grade homeschool! 🌸
We’re wrapping up the year with full hearts and busy hands. Besides our daily curriculum, this season we:
• cheered our local St. Patrick’s Day parade ☘️
• Colored Easter eggs and learned spring traditions
• Whipped up fun in our cooking + juicing sessions
• Dove into abstract art and creative strategy
• Did photo shoot for our upcoming dance recital
• Entered a poetry contest ✍️
• Explored the Atlanta Botanical Garden
• Finally saw Swan Lake by World Ballet… breathtaking!
• Got a reply from the White House to our February civics letter about presidents 🇺🇸
So proud of all the learning, creating, and joy packed into these last few months. On to summer adventures soon!
