It’s not dressing up!

Dressing appropriately is a cultural character of the French.

This brightly colored flip-flop note on a shop window says it all:

Casual means to dress with care and consideration.

Not: I couldn’t be bothered.

Do you realize how much collars and cuffs influence your overall style and presentation?

These two small design details can instantly upgrade an outfit from casual to polished. The message they send applies to both men’s and women’s style.

Feeling shy can make you feel safer by dressing to blend in. However, building real self-confidence requires practising being seen.

Begin by experimenting with colour.
Choose a bold, bright or deep shade you love but are afraid to wear. This will lift your mood and make you stand taller.

Every time you choose clothing that says “I’m here to be seen” you’re rewiring your brain to allow you to be noticed and take up space.
This is how your confidence grows. It’s just waiting for you to give it permission to flourish.
Color is a beautiful way to grow your wardrobe, your accessories, your makeup.

Tell me the one color you’re scared to wear… but secretly love to wear. 👇
