A few months ago, I had the opportunity to deliver a training at Comet Meetings in Paris.

They make one thing very clear:

environment shapes what we are able to access.

The locations they choose already carry something.

And they use it.

Terraces.

Open views.

Spaces that don’t close you in.

Inside, everything is precise.

The logistics.

The materials.

The structure.

Nothing is missing.

Nothing distracts.

Which allows something simple:

Speakers and learners stay with what matters.

Here, everything is designed to hold it.

The team is part of that.

They know where to stand.

There are other layers too.

Humor.

Nature.

A sense of ease.

Elements that keep attention alive.

You don’t just go through content.

You remain engaged with it.

You can feel the level of intention behind it.

In the way it was thought.

In the way it is carried through.

And at some point, it becomes clear.

This is not about a place.

It’s a standard.

In the moment.

And over time.

I’ve been using Ecosia for several years now.

At first, it was just a choice.
A different option.
Nothing more.

And then, over time, I started paying attention.

Not to what they say.
But to how they build.

Their growth.
Their consistency.
Their ability to stay relevant
in a space dominated by giants.

And recently, something shifted.

Their communication evolved.
More clarity.
More data.
More visibility of what is actually happening.

They added precision.

Because at some point, intention is not enough.
It needs to be measurable.
Trackable.
Accountable.

What I find interesting here is not the mission alone.
It’s the discipline behind it.

The willingness to:
compete at the highest level
while holding a different standard.

To build something that works.
And to keep refining it.

Without overclaiming.
Without losing focus.
Without turning it into a statement.

There is a form of humility in that.
And also a form of rigor.

Because building something aligned
is not just about having a good idea.

It’s about holding it
through reality.

Through scale.
Through performance.
Through time.

Many speak about impact.
Very few build it in a way that holds.

I went to London a few weeks ago.

(These are the visible parts).

There is something about London.

Here, people try.

And more importantly, they follow through.

This time, I discovered a place: Mason & Fifth.

This is not a typical hotel.

Rooms are available for short, medium, or long stays.

The common areas are elegant and cozy.

But that’s not what stands out.



They are not exclusively reserved for guests.

They are also open to members of the local community.

Young people spend time there, take part in it, make it theirs.

And it works.

People talk to each other.

Spaces are respected.

There is a sense of calm and openness.

Places like this are not built on a concept.

They are built on decisions.

Choosing not to separate.

Choosing not to smooth things out.

Choosing to create something that doesn’t fit the usual standards.

And above all: holding that over time.

Because this kind of vision comes at a cost.

In complexity.

In demands.

In consistency.

Many people have ideas like this.

Very few go all the way into what those ideas actually require.

And it shows.

What interests me in projects like this is not their success alone.

It’s the level of decision behind it.

That moment when someone stops doing what is expected

and starts doing what is right.

These are the trajectories I recognize today.

And what is really at play behind the scenes cannot be seen in what is built.

Wisdom in Power.

This is not a leap.
It is a continuation, shaped by clarity, intention, and timing.

True luxury is knowing when a step is ready to be taken.

Impact Is Not an Accident

Do you believe that Jean-Baptiste Poquelin had any awareness of the impact he would one day have?

And yet, this man who wrote extraordinary plays, which became the signature of French cultural heritage, spent entire nights in tiny attic rooms, alone, lit only by candlelight, wandering through his imagination to build a bridge with situations he encountered in real life.

He wrestled with doubts,

with the sadness of being recognized only for the burlesque and the comedies,

when his deepest dream was to create Grand Tragedy.

He had to stay attuned to the trends of his time to place his talent in their service.

He learned to rise above ego,

to give his life a meaning far greater than himself.

Last week, in this Parisian hotel, I found myself standing before this statue (photo 1).

Immediately, I felt his moments of solitude and intense focus.

My first question was:

“Did he have any awareness of the impact he would have beyond himself?”

The next evening, as I returned to my hotel, everything had changed.

From the solitude of pure creative moments, he was now celebrated and surrounded with joyful softness to honor him (photo 2).

He was seen through his aura,

and the man had become a figure.

I believe this is truly what it means to have impact…

beyond time,

beyond ego (even when it serves us):

it is knowing how to:

* Create directional clarity without ambiguity

(“to be at the King’s court and become the reference in theatre”)

* Choose and maintain a High Frequency

(strong inner standards, coherent environment, disciplined mind)

* Orchestrate movement

(where depth meets structure, where heart-driven choices become embodied and magnetic)

I meet many people who wish to master these three dimensions.

And the truth?

Very few are ready to offer themselves the level of discipline required to reach this level.

Yet these are precisely the figures our society is waiting for today.
