'It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!' 🎼

From Christmas bingo to decorating a wall tree, to baking and decorating Christmas Cookies (which were delicious!).

After spending a wonderful two weeks with them during the Autumn holidays, I thought to bring them into our English lessons and do the family tree.

For some of my younger students there was no better place to start than with The Star Family 🌟

Happy Pre-Halloween! 🎃

I adore autumn and Halloween is one of the reasons why!

Did you know Halloween as we know it today ( Samhain) originates from The Celts thousands of years ago. It was a Pagan tradition to celebrate the end of Harvest. AND! the original Jack o' lantern was a turnip!? ooooh yes!

The last lesson before the holidays has been spent celebrating pre-halloween with games, baking and decorating monster cookies!
