âšđ· MBA Field Trip through Burgundy !
The morning starts with a brief stop at Clos de Vougeot, where students learn about the fascinating history and current significance of this iconic site.
The journey then continues to Aloxe-Corton to visit Domaine Louis Latour. Participants explore the cellars, carved out of a former quarry, and enjoy commentary and a tasting of selected wines led by Christophe Déola, the head viticulturist. The morning concludes with a walk through the vineyards of Aloxe-Corton, focusing on landscape reading and understanding the terroir, guided by Claude Chapuis.

After a lunch break on the hill of FrĂ©tille in Pernand-Vergelesses, where everyone enjoys their picnic with panoramic views, the afternoon continues with a visit to Domaine Jean FĂ©ry in Ăchevronne. François Lecaillon shares his technical expertise on viticultural and winemaking methods, as well as his perspective on climate change and Burgundyâs viticultural identity. Students have the opportunity to engage directly with him and taste several of the domaineâs red and white wines.
