🍃🍃Pranayama - « Viloma » : La respiration en escalier
Pour pratiquer cette technique de souffle (Pranayama) il vous suffit d’inspirer le plus lentement possible en pratiquant des arrêts réguliers (1 à 2 secondes) jusqu’au maximum de votre capacité pulmonaire.
Puis d’expirer en un seul temps, long et profond. Recommencer plusieurs inspirations et expirations de la sorte.
Vous pouvez imaginer que le souffle monte par l’escalier et redescend par l’ascenseur 😉
Et puis vous pourrez inverser, inspirer longuement et profondément en une fois, et expirer avec des arrêts réguliers de 1 à deux secondes. Répéter cela pendant plusieurs respirations.

To practice this technique of breath (Pranayama) you just have to inhale as slowly as possible by practicing regular stops (1 to 2 seconds) until the maximum of your lung capacity, then to exhale in a single time, long and deep. Repeat several inspirations and expirations in this way.
You can imagine that the breath goes up the stairs and goes down the elevator 😉
And then you can reverse, inhale long and deeply at once, and exhale with regular stops of 1-2 seconds. Repeat for several breaths.
