Centrale Debating Club

Centrale Debating Club The Centrale Debating Club promotes debate and public speaking in Centrale Paris and in Paris, by organising tournaments and going to competitions abroad.

It is deeply connected with Télécom's debating club and other clubs from Paris.

On Wednesday, Centrale had the chance to help train the future generation of debaters. Props to the FDA - French Debating Association for organising the event, and to all the teachers involved for promoting debating in Paris. Students were highly motivated and we had a fantastic time!

Many thanks to Telecom ParisTech Debating Society for organising & hosting the Newcomers' Debating Tournament (after a very tough party), Florent Wijanto for coming up with fun and interesting motions and judging! Great job to everyone who participated, you all improved! Congrats to Yemi Ogoundele for winning both debates ( ).

Centrale fought bravely but tinder has gained the hearts of the promiscuous jury and audience. Congrats to Assas for their win, Aion Feehan for getting best speaker, Yemi Ogoundele, Jules Vogt and Emilio for their stellar performance in their first debate, and many thanks to the FDA - French Debating Association!
