🇫🇷 CASTERTAINMENT! – ASSEMBLÉES GÉNÉRALES

Après une belle aventure, quelques projets, beaucoup d’idées… et un mémorable Loto Halloween 🎃, Castertainment! arrive aujourd’hui à un tournant.

Nous vous invitons à notre Assemblée Générale Ordinaire, suivie d’une Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire, qui se tiendront :

Au programme : bilan moral et financier de l’association, approbation des comptes, dissolution de Castertainment!, désignation du liquidateur et dévolution de l’actif restant.

Et parce qu’une association ne peut fermer ses portes sans oublier les bons moments partagés, nous terminerons autour d’un petit pot de l’amitié. 🥂

Merci à toutes celles et ceux qui nous ont soutenus, encouragés ou accompagnés dans cette aventure.

🇬🇧 CASTERTAINMENT! – GENERAL MEETINGS

After a great adventure, a few projects, lots of ideas… and a memorable Halloween Bingo 🎃, Castertainment! has now reached a turning point.

You are warmly invited to our Annual General Meeting, followed by an Extraordinary General Meeting, on:

📅 Friday, October 2nd, 2026
🕖 7:00 PM
📍 Castets Village Hall

The agenda will include the association’s moral and financial report, approval of the accounts, the dissolution of Castertainment!, appointment of the liquidator, and allocation of the remaining assets.

And because an association can’t close its doors without forgetting the good times we shared, we’ll finish the evening with a friendly drink together. 🥂

Après un début de saison freiné par les lenteurs bancaires et les paperasses à rallonge, Castertainment! est enfin prêt à vous embarquer dans ses aventures automnales !

On a dû annuler (snif) la brocante vintage et la soirée films d’horreur (encore snif)…

MAIS on maintient le grand LOTO BINGO SPÉCIAL HALLOWEEN le 1er novembre à la salle des fêtes de Castets (14h-17h)
🎃 Thème 100% Halloween, cartes en anglais illustrées, buvette par l’APE, lots à gagner, ambiance monstrueuse garantie !

Les 3 cartons sont gratuits pour les adhérents !

…We finally made it through the administrative tunnel! 💥
After a season kickoff slowed down by bank delays and endless paperwork, Castertainment! is ready to launch its autumn adventures!

We had to cancel (sniff) the vintage flea market and the horror movie night (another sniff)…

BUT the BIG HALLOWEEN BINGO is still happening on November 1st, at the Castets village hall from 2PM to 5PM!
🎃 100% Halloween-themed, illustrated bingo cards in English, snack bar by the APE, prizes to win, and a monstrously fun atmosphere guaranteed!

💸 First 3 bingo cards are free for all members!
Membership available via QR code and bank transfer (RIB and QR code available upon request by email)

Projets Castertainment! en stand-by !
Alors que les cartons de popcorn s’empilent et que les jetons de Bingo attendent sagement leur heure, on croise les doigts pour obtenir tous les derniers feux verts administratifs et ça prends plus de temps que la traversée de la Manche.
Nous nous en excusons et reviendrons tres vite vers vous pour validation
📅 Une chose est sûre : la volonté est là, les idées aussi.
Et dès que la paperasse nous lâche la grappe, on vous embarque dans la plus belle des saisons !

While the popcorn boxes are piling up and the Bingo chips are patiently waiting for their time, we cross our fingers to get all the last administrative green lights and it takes more time than crossing the Channel.
We apologize and will get back to you very quickly for validation 📅 One thing is certain: the will is there, the ideas too!
And as soon as the paperwork lets us down, we’ll take you into the most beautiful of seasons!

Braquons la banque !!
Malgré des délais administratifs et bancaires beaucoup trop longs (merci la paperasse 😅) qui nous ont contraint à annuler notre brocante et mis notre système d’adhésion en stand-by , nous gardons le cap sur les prochains projets :

Despite administrative and banking delays that are much too long (thank you for the paperwork 😅) which forced us to cancel our flea market and put our membership system on standby we are keeping the focus on the next projects:

✅ Les projets se concrétisent
