I believe in ashtanga , do you?! 👈

As a daily practitioner every single time I am amazed by the genius of this method.

And day by day also I find something I need to “clean it up” as used to say .

As a teacher I encourage my students to give this method a real chance. Practicing at least few min a day , each day the same series of posture (no rush) and day by day our body and spirit will feel more connected and learn something new about ourselves.
