Hello Bordeaux Foodie Friends,
Many guests/friends have expressed an interest in Stock making/sauce making. Tomorrow (Tuesday, May 20, 2025) is a "catch-up" day for us, and I will be making a big pot of chicken stock and some duck confit parmentier verrines.
If you want to hang out, speak English, cook and have a fun half-day (40 euros pp to cover a simple lunch and some ingredients), give us a call!! limited to 8 people, find our number on our website or in links. We have been practicing and perfecting our Canelé here at the Gastronome and now offer a 2-hour class several days a week if you are looking for a fun way to spend the afternoon, or for your out-of-town guests!
