What an exciting day at school today! ☀️💦
Our children were absolutely thrilled as we officially opened the pool for the season 🏊‍♀️😊 Lots of smiles, splashing and sunshine all around!
The children joining our Wednesday and holiday clubs will also get to enjoy pool time over the coming weeks 🌴☀️

🎨✨ Our primary students had a wonderful creative outing at this week!

During their ceramics workshop, the children had the chance to paint and personalise their very own ceramic pieces 🖌️🏺. It was a fantastic opportunity to express their creativity, explore different colours and designs, and enjoy a hands-on artistic experience together. We can’t wait to see the final results! 🌈✨

🎪✨ Our CP class had a fantastic outing to the exhibition at Cap Sciences, where they explored Circasciences – En piste! 🤹‍♀️
The children stepped into the world of the circus and discovered the science behind it all – from balance and movement to strength and speed 💫 Through interactive activities, they were able to touch, test, and experiment, making learning truly hands-on and exciting.
It was a wonderful opportunity to combine science, creativity, and curiosity – all in both English and French 🌍🇬🇧🇫🇷 A perfect example of how we bring learning to life in our classrooms and beyond!

Last week, our students had a truly inspiring cultural outing to the Opéra National de Bordeaux 🎭✨
They had the chance to watch excerpts from Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming by Justin Peck and Joy, a vibrant contemporary ballet by Alexander Ekman.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to experience the magic of live performance, discover contemporary dance, and immerse themselves in the arts 🌟🩰

This spring, our students have been busy planting their very own seeds and watching them grow 🌱✨
Through this hands-on project, they are learning about life cycles, responsibility, and patience, while developing their curiosity about the natural world 🌍
They have also created their own booklets to record their observations, drawings, and discoveries — combining science, creativity, and language skills all in one beautiful project 📖🎨
It has been so lovely to see their excitement as the first shoots appeared… and we can’t wait to see how their plants continue to grow 🌿💚

Watching our GS students become young readers in two languages is truly special 📚✨
At our school, we follow both the French and British curricula, giving our students a unique head start. As part of Year 1 of the British curriculum, they begin learning to read and write in English 📝🇬🇧
What’s wonderful to see is how this naturally sparks their interest in reading in French as well 🇫🇷💡 Their curiosity grows across both languages, and it’s amazing to watch their confidence and enthusiasm develop day by day 🌱
We are so proud of their progress and love seeing them grow into confident, bilingual readers 💚

Today, our primary students celebrated the arrival of spring by heading outside to observe nature and draw beautiful blossoming trees 🌸🎨 A wonderful moment of creativity, fresh air, and inspiration as the new season begins 🌿☀️
