In 2009, the Innovative Medicines Initiatives (now IHI) entrusted us with the project of creating a pan-European education and training programme in pharmacovigilance and pharmacoepidemiology. Our consortium of 6 universities, 2 medicines agencies, and 15 industry partners took up the challenge.
