"Each person in a crowd is a unique individual with a background, a history and a current purpose. The audience will not be able to divine the complete character of every chorus member but that moment when someone steps out from the crowd and is seen to do something truly human and meaningful is a magic moment that adds greatly to the audience experience" Bernadette Grimmett - Artistic Director, Opéra de Baugé
