🎉 Our project “Online Career Development through Entrepreneurial and Digital Skills” has officially come to an end, leaving us with unforgettable experiences, new connections, and a truly lasting impact!

Throughout the project, young women took part in a series of international mobilities designed to inspire and support them in developing their own entrepreneurial journeys. Together, we strengthened essential financial, digital, marketing, and soft skills, equipping participants with the confidence and practical knowledge to turn their ideas into reality.

To ensure the impact reached even further, the knowledge, tools, and experiences gained during the mobilities were shared and tested with a group of young local women at Esquare in Nice, South of France. This final workshop created a meaningful space for learning, exchange, and empowerment, inspiring even more young women to explore entrepreneurship and digital opportunities.

We are incredibly proud of everything we have achieved together and deeply grateful to all participants, partners, and supporters who made this journey possible. Although the project has come to an end, we believe its impact will continue to inspire and empower the next generation of women entrepreneurs.

💙 Thank you for being part of this journey!

The past 3 months have been incredibly intense — but also very rewarding.
Together with our organizations across Europe (mostly topcoach.sk, e-square.fr and e-expert.at, we successfully submitted 33 Erasmus+ KA220 applications, 4 Erasmus+ KA210 applications, and 2 Capacity Building applications in the latest Erasmus+ call.
It has been a demanding journey, but teamwork, trust, and strong partnerships made it possible.
A huge thank you to all the partners who believe in us and continue building meaningful collaborations with us. Special thanks to my colleagues Nikola Poláková and Zuzana Kusá, who worked tirelessly on project writting and preparation, partnership building, and communication with potential partners.
Now we shift our focus from proposal writing back to projects; implementation — and start preparing for the next challenge: Horizon programme applications.
Grateful for the collaboration and excited about what comes next. 🚀
