EN: My initiatory journey started from childhood:
From 3 to 14 years-old, I am a dancer and athlete: ballet, gymnastics, judo, with more than 10 hours of training per week, I juggle between two places of residence that I try to call “homes”, my parents being separated; and I follow mainstream schooling. It pushes me to develop important organizational skills at a very early age as well as relational and contextual agility.
At the age of 14, I become a semi-professional dancer and model; I begin flying from castings, photo shoots, to runway rehearsals, dance cie rehearsals and shows while pursuing science in high school. I then evolve within personal and professional environments in which performance requirement and perfectionism are pushed to extreme, even to elitism.
Flight towards corporate world
As my parents firmly opposed to an artistic career choice for me, I have no other choice than putting aside the dancing world. I manage to escape from becoming a telecommunications engineer as I was initially fated to by negotiating a College course related to the operational world of business. Taking advantage of what was initially only a part-time student contract in parallel with my 2-years degree in Business and Administration Management, I successfully graduate from my Master's degree in Management Sciences and start my corporate career within Decathlon International. Follows an exciting and intense journey, between product marketing missions, on and off-site event management, C-level executive and personal assistance, purchasing, product development, collections management, operations management,... for international companies such as Club Med, Redcats (Vertbaudet brand), BNP Paribas,... During this time, I utilize my organizational, team, process development, budget as well as communication and product enhancement management skills.
And the meaning then?
A question always keep coming back at me ... how to keep my energy, how to find inner resource? Often on the edge of burning out I am looking for solutions to feel better.
I then begin yoga, try several types of therapy with so little effect, ..... Then I finally discover an approach that takes into account my out of the ordinary sensitivity : ETHÉRAPIE™.
And finally, meaning and first explanations are given to me, especially one: I am a hsp, “highly sensitive person”...
The big side split & gap
I begin an inner journey to find my balance. Being only at the premises of the work, and facing many challenges in my personal life, I fly to the United States to be able to devote myself to it. I first live in Miami then New York to then integrate a luxury environment on a project management mission in the world of the very high-end interior design. I then work with the most famous and very well established firms on the market, managing projects such as the Gramercy Park Hotel, Four Seasons hotel, Donald Trump, Gwyneth Paltrow, Valentino residences,.... Ultra-competitive and demanding environment to say the least.
I then also launch with a business partner, an eco-friendly sustainable clothing brand, and thus face the challenges of the entrepreneurship... I then handled 4 jobs at the same time.
The gap inside of me is only widening, between an hectic workload, jet lags linked to the international projects, the time zone differences, my visceral and growing need to find meaning in my life.
On a personal level, I am getting married, experiencing a miscarriage which leads to an abortion & serious blood clog situation, divorce, the death of parents,... I am still trying to feel good. Even feeling slightly better would be more than welcome already.... Eventually thanks to ETHÉRAPIE™ , I finally start to feel and live some "shifts".
I then become even more involved in the therapeutic process of ETHÉRAPIE™, while keeping on exploring techniques such as the Eric Morris & Anthony Vincent Bova’s approach through "No Acting Please" whom I join the workshops for 2 years, or Gary Douglas and Dain Heer's Access Bars, STRALA Yoga by Tara Stiles, ....
I then live a time where I experiment the American professional opportunism, between Los Angeles and NY, within international companies such as PwC but also as a freelance with senior executives of the high sphere of finance , lawyers, ....
Thanks to the ETHERAPIE™️ therapeutic follow-up, I feel much better ... and I can finally finish this race in Paris, within an international group dedicated to the L'OREAL customer among others and ESTEE LAUDER CIE EUROPE afterwards...
And that’s how I will discover my strength: I am always a big step ahead. As well as I have had actually lived like an initiatory journey.
Stability
While returning to France, I decide to pursue ETHÉRAPIE ™ training and to anchor myself to this strength, built up & sharpened by such an experience, by becoming an ETHÉRAPIE ™ practitioner and TRANSPERSONAL approach TAROT-THERAPIST, in addition to being Bioenergetic ACMOS Method and ACCESS BARS practitioner

FR: Mon voyage initiatique a commencé dès l’enfance :
Agile comme un chat
De mes 3 ans à mes 14 ans, je suis une danseuse puis une athlète : danse classique, gymnastique, judo, avec plus de 10 heures d’entrainement par semaine, je jongle entre deux lieux de vie que je m’efforce d’appeler maisons, mes parents étant séparés ; et je suis une scolarité classique. Cela me pousse à développer très tôt des qualités d’organisation importantes et à développer une agilité relationnelle et contextuelle.
La danseuse et le business
Dès mes 14 ans, je deviens danseuse semi-professionnelle et mannequin ; je commence ainsi à enchaîner castings, séances photo, entraînements défilés, répétitions et spectacles tout en continuant le lycée filière scientifique. J’évolue alors dans des environnements personnel et professionnel dans l’exigence de la performance et perfectionnisme à outrance, voire élitiste.
Envol vers le monde « corporate »
Mes parents s’opposant fermement à un choix de carrière artistique lié l’univers de la danse, je me résous à mettre de côté la danse. Je parviens à échapper à un devenir d’ingénieur en télécommunications auquel on me destinait en négociant un cursus universitaire lié à l’opérationnel du monde de l’entreprise. Mettant à profit ce qui au départ ne fut qu’un contrat étudiant à temps partiel en parallèle de mon DUT Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations, j’obtiens ma Maîtrise de Sciences de Gestion et démarre mon parcours dans l’entreprise au sein de Décathlon International. S’ensuit un parcours passionnant et dense, entre des missions de marketing, événementiel, assistanat de direction et assistanat personnel, achats, développement produits, chargée de collection, management des opérations... pour des entreprises internationales telles Club Med, Redcats (Vertbaudet), BNP Paribas,... Durant cette période, je mets à profit mes qualités d’organisation, de gestion d’équipe, développement et gestion des process, gestion de budget, communication et mise en valeur produit.
Et le sens alors ?
Une question revient pourtant toujours en moi…comment garder mon énergie, comment trouver de la ressource ? Souvent au bord du burn-out je suis en quête de solutions pour me sentir mieux.
Je commence alors le yoga, essaie plusieurs types de thérapie ayant peu d’effets,..... C’est alors que je fais enfin la découverte d’une approche qui prend en considération ma sensibilité hors du commun : l’ETHÉRAPIE™.
Et enfin du sens et de 1eres explications me sont données, notamment une : je suis hypersensorielle....
Le grand écart
J’entame alors un cheminement intérieur pour trouver mon équilibre. N’étant qu’aux prémisses du travail éthérapique, et faisant face à de nombreux challenges dans ma vie personnelle, je fuis aux Etats-Unis pour pouvoir m’y consacrer. Je pars alors pour Miami puis New York pour alors intégrer un environnement luxe sur une mission de pilotage de projets dans l’univers de la Décoration d’intérieure haut de gamme. Je cotoie alors les plus gros cabinets du marché, gérant les projets du Gramercy Park Hotel, Four Seasons, résidences de Donald Trump, Gwyneth Paltrow, Valentino,.... Environnement ultra compétitif et exigeant.
C’est aussi à cette époque que je lance également avec un associé, une marque de vêtements orientée éco-responsable, et vis donc les challenges de l’entrepeunariat… J’assurais alors 4 jobs en même temps.
L’écart en moi ne fait alors que se creuser, entre une charge de travail démesurée, les jet lags liés à l’international, les différences de fuseaux horaires, mon besoin viscéral et grandissant de trouver un sens à ma vie.
Au niveau personnel je me marie, vis une fausse-couche nécessitant un avortement, le divorce, le décès de parents… je cherche encore et toujours à me sentir bien. Mieux serait même « déjà ça ».... Et grâce à l’ETHÉRAPIE™, je commence enfin à sentir et vivre certains « shifts ».
Je m’engage alors encore davantage vis à vis du processus thérapeutique d’Ethérapie, tout en continuant d’explorer des techniques thérapeutiques comme l’approche Eric Morris & Anthony Vincent Bova « No Acting Please » dont je participe aux workshops durant 2 ans, ou encore, Access Bars, STRALA Yoga,....
Je vis alors une période ou j’expérimente l’opportunisme professionnel à l’américaine, entre Los Angeles et NY, au sein d’entreprises internationales telles que PwC mais aussi en qualité de freelance auprès de cadres dirigeants de la haute sphère de la finance, avocats,....
Grâce au suivi thérapeutique ETHERAPIE™️, je vais mieux.... et je peux enfin finir cette course à Paris, au sein d’un groupe international dédié au client L’OREAL notamment puis d’Estée Lauder Cies Europe....
Et c’est ainsi que je découvrirai ma force : avoir toujours un temps d’avance. Et que j’avais vécu tel un voyage initiatique....
La stabilité
A mon retour en France, je me forme à l’ETHÉRAPIE™ et décide de m’ancrer sur cette force, forgée par mon expérience, en devenant Praticienne en ETHERAPIE et TAROT-THERAPEUTE approche TRANSPERSONNELLE, en plus d’être praticienne en Bioénergie Méthode ACMOS et praticienne ACCESS BARS
