Alliance Network: a selective and innovative Hospitality global Network composed of 25 partners !

Institut LYFE, formerly Institut Paul Bocuse formed the Alliance Network in 2004. Today, this unique Alliance covers 25 partners in these countries: Bolivia, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Finland, France, Greece, Lebanon, Mexico, Colombia, Cameroon, Malta, Cyprus, Peru, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and the United States. Each university selects its top students for an int

ensive 10-weeks session at Institut LYFE. Every year, this innovative educational program gives students a unique opportunity to perfect their technical skills, discover French culture, while at the same time sharing and showcasing their own culinary culture. The Alliance also promotes sharing of skills and through exchanges of teaching staff from the Institut LYFE and its partners. In 2024, the Alliance will be celebrating its 20th anniversary!

International Professional Culinary Arts students from Dusit Thani College recently embarked on a 3-day culinary study tour in one of Asia’s most exciting food capitals.

From an exclusive academic visit to the ITE - ITE College West - ITE- Hotel & Food Services to exploring Singapore’s vibrant food culture, from iconic hawker centres to modern dining concepts, every experience inspired creativity, cultural understanding, and professional growth.

A valuable international learning experience preparing the next generation of culinary professionals for global careers! This is the spirit of the Alliance!

Last Friday marked the end of an unforgettable journey at Institut Lyfe - Ex Institut Paul Bocuse for our Culinary and Hospitality students.

They brought curiosity, kindness, enthusiasm, energy, and plenty of positive vibes, to our campus. They embraced every challenge, formed new friendships, created lasting memories, and truly became part of the Institut Lyfe community. We will miss them!

A heartfelt thank you to our partner institutions for their continued trust, and to every student who made this experience so special.

🌍🌮What an incredible experience at the Lyon Street Food Festival!

From June 11 to 14, our 20 international students from the ALLiance Advanced Culinary Summer Program had the unique opportunity to take part in all four days of the festival at Les Grandes Locos.

Working alongside 19 renowned chefs, including Florent Ladeyn , Vivien Durand , and Julien Chauvenet , our students gained invaluable hands-on experience while exploring a wide variety of street food cuisines, from Asian and French specialties to South American flavors and BBQ culture.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Lyon Street Food Festival welcomed more than 47,000 visitors, giving our students the chance to experience the fast-paced environment of one of France’s largest culinary events.

Their dedication, professionalism, and teamwork truly shone throughout the festival.

An unforgettable learning experience, combining culinary excellence, cultural exchange, and real-world event experience.

☀️🌍 The first edition of the Hospitality Summer Program at Institut Lyfe - Ex Institut Paul Bocuse has officially begun!

We are thrilled to welcome Hospitality Management students from our partner institutions, Escuela de Hospitalidad de la Universidad Panamericana CDMX and Šv. Ignaco Lojolos kolegija , for an exciting three-week international experience in Lyon.

To kick off the program, our students explored the city through a Recipe Hunt, a fun urban culinary treasure hunt that introduced them to the gastronomic and cultural richness of France’s culinary capital.

A great way to discover Lyon, connect with one another, and start building unforgettable memories from day one.
