Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be informed that the school office schedule will be as follows:

Monday–Thursday: 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
Friday–Sunday: Closed

If you need to meet at a specific time, please email us to make an appointment at [email protected] or call 350-2663 during office hours.

Report cards may still be picked up during office hours. If you prefer to have your child’s report card emailed to you, please send us a message or email us to request it. Please make sure your child’s tuition balance has been cleared before picking up or requesting the report card.

If your child is transferring to another school, you will need to fill out a Transcript Release Form. Please note that all tuition balances must be cleared before we can release the transcript to the school your child is applying to.

For families applying for the Habele Scholarship, please be informed that the application must be completed by the family applying for the scholarship, not by the school. The school can only provide the most recent report card when requested.
Please submit your Habele Scholarship application before June 30, 2026. Also, please make sure that all required documents are attached, the application is completely filled out, and nothing is left blank.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of our Week of Prayer, Yap Seventh-day Adventist School has planned a Community Service Week from May 4–8. Our students will be learning about service and will have the opportunity to show love in action through different community service activities.

Parents and guardians are welcome to join us in these service activities. If you know of other places where our students can serve, please let us know.
