Good Morning everyone,
Don't miss out on the enrollment which is going on now for Certificate III in Hospitality. School starts on the 16th of July, 2018.
For students who don't live in Suva, we also have accommodation in the school.

Our College of Tourism and Hospitality is now open for enrollment for our Certificate III in Hospitality.
Our units are designed based on a series of consultations with hospitality industry key players to try and identify the gap between employee training and the needs of training in hospitality industry so that the required standard is met.
We aim to give your the quality training so that you are fully equipped and trained to address the problems which has been identified in the workplace.

What do you get after 6 months of training?
A recognized Certificate III in Hospitality, A laptop, A food and beverage kit.
Work Attachments will also be provided for a month.

Units of Competency are:
Applying OHS practices , Applying hygiene in food and beverage, Applying technology in hospitality, Understanding diverse cultural and social background, Communicate in the workplace, Interact with customers, Participating in environment sustainable practices, Providing service in food and beverage, Bar operations, Basic skills in coffee making, Maintaining financial records.
