Greetings to members in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Dudley High School Coca Cola athletes now stands at 45 compared to 28 last year' We pray that they will do their best for better achievements.
School had last week approved that they move into camp for three weeks from yesterday but this has been postponed due to the visit of Cyclone Zena. Training will resume at 1.00pm today and hopefully will go into camp tomorrow.
As usual the school has again requested for our assistance towards their training for energizing drinks and meals beginning this week. We have sent emails around on the following arrangement -
* DESA decade 90s to organise themselves and forward their contribution to the school Principal on 8/4/16
* Decade 2000 on Friday 13/4/16
* Decade 60s 70s and 80s on 22/4 and there was a proposal that we also host their Sunday meals on 24/4/16. There will also be a church service at Dudley Church on that day. So this will be taken care of by the 60s, 70s and 80s.
Sincerely look forward to your usuual support
Greetings once again to all DESA members. On behalf of the Executive Committee, I wish to thank each and everyone throughout the past years. Your commitment and support in kind has been overwhelming and we could “…do all things through Jesus Christ, Who strengthens us.’
To kick start another year, we are inviting all members and those who intend to join us to our PRAYER BREAKFAST to be held at DUDLEY CHURCH from 6.00am to 8.00am on Saturday, 6th February, 2016. Let’s come together and commit our association (DESA), all the Toorak schools (Annessley, SMPS, DIS and DHS) to our Father in Heaven to enable us achieve our goal at a much higher level this year. The programme will be posted once we have confirmed our guest speaker.
We are all requested to bring a plate each if possible but your presence is important in our first 2016 get-together. May the Lord Almighty bless you all.
