Jhankaar Academy of Music Nadi

Huge appreciation to the Fiji Hindi Parishad Western branch of Fiji for organizing and honoring our Jhankaar Academy Of Music students and Committee for our participation at the 5th Baal Mandali Ramayan Samellan. Yesterday evening, members of the Hindi Parishad and it's affiliated members attended a wonderfully organized awards and musical night with dinner at the Fiji Girmit Centre, Lautoka.

Chief Guest Shree Ravi Singh, of the Hanuman Chalisa Pariwar highlighted the importance of empowering our young musicians and providing the needed platforms for them to carry forward our culture.

Students of the Fiji Girmit Centre beautifully presented few devotional and Light music. Our Nadi Centre student, Krish Chetty who is also a Bharat Natiyam student of Ms. Chandrani Pillai, presented a Classical dance to start off the event. Master Naresh Chand and Master Albert Parmesh blessed us with some nice ghazals and flim songs accompanied by Master Samresh Rao and Krishnnil Chand on tabla.
