Sikituru SDA Kindergarten

Topic of Inquiry "Birds and Animals" - Thanking all parents and guardians for allowing us to take a nature walk last Friday. We walked to Vavoka's Chicken farm - a few minutes walk from school.

Last week's Friday activities - the students made their vegetable sandwich and had it for lunch. Topic of inquiry was vegetables - Thank you parents for helping us in buying vegetables 💟

Part 2 of our trip to the weather station

We wish to thank all our parents and guardians for allowing us the opportunity to visit the weather station last week. We had so much fun and have learn a lot too from this field trip. Last weeks topic of inquiry was 'Weatherman' - and we were privileged to witness the balloon when it was released at 10:30am at the balloon site. We thank the staff of Fiji Meteorologist Service for having us and a special one to Tjuvou Ni Rewadra for making it all happen.

IDADAIT week - ending on a high note. A big vinaka vakalevu to all our parents and guardians for all your commitments and contributions to this special event. We praise God for all your lives and your sacrifices - a big vinaka vakalevu from the Teachers and management of the school. We also thank our Chief Guests for all their contributions to this special event. Na vavinavina levu vua na momo na Turaga ni Yavusa na Saunivalu and we also thank the OC and the Police Department of Nadi Police Department.

We are celebrating IDADAIT (Drug Awareness Week) tomorrow morning. Our March starts at 8:30am from the end of Sikituru Village to School. Inviting all our families and friends to wear RED and come march with us tomorrow. Guest for tomorrow will be the Nadi Police Department. Let's paint Sikituru RED and with the banner saying NO to drugs.

We thank the Nadi Fire Department for visiting us today. The students really loved their demo. This weeks theme is " People who Helps Us - Firefighters".

Vinaka vakalevu Parents and Guardians for all your contribution and support towards our Library Week. The children loved the whole week program and thank you both parents and Teachers for making it possible. The Thursday Character parade was a successful one too. The children all look very beautiful and smart in their Character parade outfits. Vinaka vakalevu and may the good Lord blesses you all.
