Key Responsibilities:
• Providing clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the school.
• Maintaining accurate records, including student files, attendance records, and administrative documents.
• Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Collaborating with staff members and parents to address administrative needs effectively.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of office software.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Parents employed in the informal sector are required to submit the following:
